2	The night when beloved is in our midst A night as revealing as a hundred high noon.	شبی کاأن دلیر عیّار با ماست نه یک شب صد شب قدر است مارا
3	Around us impotent causality fails For I long for the day that First Cause unveils	به گرد ما حوادث ره ندارد فراغ از حادث دهر است ما را
4	A mendicant poverty won’t shun Others’ hardships he proudly entrails.	ز فقر و فاقه ما را عار نأید که عار دیگران فخر است ما را
5	God forbid such emblems under my gown In every town I wear such crown	به زیر خرقه‌ام زنار کفر است بدین شهرت به هر شهر است ما را
6	The pearl that outgrows both worlds Within the sea of my heart shall drown.	دری کاندر دو عالم می‌نگنجد فتاده در دل بحر است ما را
7	In this world attained our resurrection grade Till thoughts of the other & Judgement Day fade	به حشر خود درین عالم رسیدیم چو فکر مُحشر و حشر است ما را
8	Settle for God’s never ending grace Grace of all others try to evade.	پشو قانع به لطف و عزت حق که لطف دیگران قهر است ما را
9	All the world like Shams-e Tabriz Is under the parasol shade.	همه عالم بسان شمس تبریز بزیر سایه چتر است ما را
